We
collect,
label and barcode
the item(s) from your supplier (Free
of charge)
All
deliveries are booked in with your customers by telephone (3-4 Days
prior to delivery)
When
we load the vehicle a
'personalised' text message is sent to your customer
Our
system will send you an automated
'despatch notification' email and invoice
Our
driver will give your customer a courtesy call 1 hour prior to delivery
We
deliver into a downstairs room of choice (Upstairs only
if it is safe for the driver to do so)
We
obtain a signed 'delivery note' and give the
customer a 'safe delivery' receipt
Payment
is taken automatically on the delivery day (via
credit/debit card) an itemised receipt is emailed
to you
