Step-by-Step Delivery Flow

  1. Booking received

    Order received via into our portal via CSV or API

  2. Pre-Delivery Contact

    Upon receipt of an order, customers receive a delivery booking link, allowing them to select a delivery date up to six weeks in advance and manage or reschedule their booking at their convenience. This flexible approach improves the customer experience and helps reduce failed deliveries.

  3. Day before delivery

    We will send an SMS and email to your end customer the evening prior to delivery, this will enable them to ‘live track’ the driver and see a ‘to the minute’ predicted arrival time and give them a 3 hour time window

  4. Day of delivery

    Our Drivers will contact the customer up to 60 minutes before arrival to confirm availability. On arrival, the team confirms the preferred delivery location and completes any required risk assessment.

  5. Completion & Confirmation

    Once delivery has been completed and the customer is satisfied, electronic proof of delivery is captured using a handheld device. This includes photographs of the item in its final location, with all delivery information uploaded instantly to our customer portal for full visibility and traceability.
